I have lived here for 5 years, it was terrible. But for the past year, since the new management has taken over everything has changed for the better. They have done a lot of renovations, new staff members, new security, new fitness center along with new outdoor charcoal grills and new upgrades to the pool area. Before everything changed I was going to break my lease but I'm glad I waited to see the results of the upgrades, because anywhere else I would be paying way more money with less square… footage. Pictures on here are all lies. Office management and staff are the worst, very unprofessional and rude. Needed maintenance done at my apartment, takes months for them to come fix it. Replaces broken appliances with another broken appliances. Cockroach infested apartments. Not family friendly, not safe, fake security. Highly NOT RECOMMENDING this place to ANYONE. STAY AWAY.

I got this apartment for my children to live. After deciding not to renew my lease, I gave 30 day notice and a forwarding address. They also had my cell# and a credit card on file! I never got a bill, after paying every month for a year. They gave me no bill and put it on my credit like I refused to pay. I've called begged and asked but no one even returns my calls. Bad bad stay away.

We had to move in here, and we had to sign another lease, PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. The maintenance will never show, the property manager will avoid you, they will misquote rent and make it your problem, they will lie and lie and lie. The apartment itself is the only thing that starts to make up for it, but after 2 years we wish we never moved in.
