Villa Del Rio Apartments

I went to go look at this apartment since I'm looking for a new place to move, They were showing me around and I looked at the laundry washer and there was a FAMILY of roaches, super disgusting, If you have a daughter that has a fear of bugs do NOT move here!!

I have been a tenant at the Villa Del Rio Apartments going into my third year and i must say it is a great place to live. I moved to be closer to my work and this complex came highly recommended by friends. So when I came and checked it out I looked at two different units. I knew I wanted something up front and downstairs and I got just what I wanted. A beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath with great lighting. The staff in the office on property are some of the best people I have dealt with. And Danny in... maintenance is wonderful and very knowledgeable in his job. If there is a problem I can always count on these wonderful people to handle it in a timely manner. I would recommend Villa Del Rio Apartments to any and everyone who is looking for a new home. Like I said earlier I have been with them going into my third year and I see many more years in this exact spot. Villa Del Rio Apartments a great place to call home.

This is a great location for accessing the freeway, The Strip, Henderson, and close by shopping. The pricing is fair for the location, and although it is located in a rough area of town, I have never been made to feel unsafe in the parking lot or apartment building. The property is gated, has a small pool, small exercise room, and all appliances (including washer and dryer) are included in every apartment. The staff is friendly and helpful, and can resolve MOST issues quickly. They have pest... control come by every week at your request as there does seem to be a roach problem here, but hey- at least it's not a scorpion problem! With good credit the application process is a breeze, although communication does seem to be a weak point among staff- so make sure you understand exactly what the paperwork says and get any verbal explanations recorded or in writing. Utilities, electricity, Direct TV, and trash are not included in the rent, so keep that in mind when looking to rent here at Villa Del Rio- so that you are not surprised by your total living cost at the end of every month. This building is about 20 minutes from the CSN Henderson campus, 15 minutes from UNLV, practically on Boulder Highway, and about 3 minutes from I515 N/S.
