New Management are TERRIBLE! They do not answer the phones nor help occupants and they overcharge for EVERYTHING!!

Newport Village is a great place to live. I have enjoyed my time here. Community neighbors are friendly and diverse; families, singles, couples, people from all backgrounds. Office staff are friendly and attentive to any need. Maintenance staff do a great job of keeping the community clean and supporting tenet needs. It’s a great location, close to shopping and bus lines. Several parks close by, schools and public library. Great amenities: 2 pools and a fitness room. I’ve been very happy here!… Thank you.
