Good property, owners just need to take their investment serious, especially with tenants following rules. Could be a hidden gem if they invest in the upgrade and protection of the property.

I have lived here for 6 years. The property has never been worse than it is now. Security is almost non existent… by the time they get to the property, the situations that we call them for are not going on anymore or have escalated into a 911 call. We need a security booth at the front and back gates to assure that cars entering the property are residents or guests of residents (who need to park OUTSIDE the parking garage). We need a security guard to walk the property every hour and check for… wristbands at the pool, and also shut all the doors and gates. (Which are, by the way, currently broke). Everyone’s rent is going up so why don’t you add an additional amount to cover 24 hour security at both gates.

Do not move here! There are other apartments that are clean and well maintained. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The property itself is old and dirty and the elevators don’t work.

The true lack of security is insane for how much we all pay in rent for this place.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that security is extremely important and want residents to feel comfortable in their community. We do currently have security onsite, and we encourage residents to stop by the office to obtain the community… dispatch information so concerns can be reported immediately if something needs to be addressed.
We are continuing to evaluate ways to improve the community and appreciate residents communicating concerns directly with the office so we can respond as quickly and effectively as possible.
