I have been a resident at Marlowe for about 8 months now and absolutely love the community. The environment is always clean and well kept. Management and staff are so nice and very helpful. I also love that the amenities are 24/7.

Love living here! Our Strip view is incredible and still amazes me every night. The community is consistently clean, with plenty of space to relax and hang out. I especially enjoy the grilling area, which is always well-maintained. The workspace is a great bonus, and I appreciate the coffee machine. Everyone in the office is friendly and respectful, which really adds to the experience. Overall, it’s a great place to live!

The staff at Marlowe are truly wonderful—friendly, responsive, and professional. The facilities are excellent, with well-maintained common areas and amenities that stand out.

One notable drawback is that there are no elevators. While this can be a downside for some, it does offer a welcome daily leg workout that some residents might enjoy. Overall, Marlowe is an excellent apartment complex with very few disappointments.

A few exceptions: the dryer, refrigerator, and air-conditioning unit can...
be quite loud at times, which can be disruptive depending on your layout and sleeping patterns.
