Solitude at Centennial

We recently visited this apartment complex and were really impressed. The property was very nice and clean, and the outside colors gave it a fresh, modern look. One thing we really loved was the real grass and how well everything was maintained outside — it made the community feel welcoming and comfortable.

The inside of the apartments had a very modern feel with updated finishes and a clean layout that felt both stylish and cozy. Overall, the entire property looked well taken care of, and it... definitely stood out compared to other places we’ve toured. Great first impression

Rianna has been such a huge help to us and always makes the experience pleasant whenever we come into the office. She is very kind, professional, and always willing to answer questions or help with anything we need. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and works hard to make sure everyone feels taken care of. It’s refreshing to deal with someone so patient and friendly. We really appreciate all the help Rianna has given us.

The management takes care of the property, always clean and quiet. The maintenance team is awesome always helpful and quick at their job. Always professional encounters.

Everything is okay except our neighbor upstairs . The loud banging is annoying. We talked to the staff about this , tried to talk to them but nothing. Nothing has changed.

I really enjoyed staying in the community. It was quiet and management was friendly. Definitely would recommend if looking. Just keep in mind it’s a smoke free property.

The property is clean and is maintained well. There isn’t really anything that appears to be broken or neglected.
Quiet hours and acceptable noise level needs to be addressed.
