DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS
I have lived here for 6 months now. Homeless people walking around the “gated commuity” everyday. When I moved in, we were told they were going to fix the gates (NEVER fixed) they were going to fix pool (NEVER FIXED). I have seen multiple break ins in the apartment next door to me, and when I report it to the leasing office they request we call the cops but management does NOTHING.
Do not fall for the fake reviews posted on here.

I have lived here since August 2015. Maintenance tries their best to keep the property clean, however they are hindered by the many tenants who refuse to clean up after their pets. I feel bad for the Maintenance staff who have to every day clean up after lazy, dirty tenants. I am grateful that they handled my service request so efficiently and quickly.

I have lived here since 2015. The apartment complex is as tidy as it can be considering some tenants do not pick up after their animals. I love having a pool at my complex. Management is always accommodating as is Maintenance team who has a lot to do.
