DON´T MOVE HERE !!!!!!!!!Extremely disappointing experience. The property itself was poorly maintained and often felt disorganized and unpleasant. After properly moving out and returning the apartment on March 30, management issued excessive and inaccurate charges, including fees for April despite the unit already being vacated. Multiple emails were sent requesting clarification and correction, yet no response was provided. We have now been forced to formally dispute these charges. Residents... should be cautious and carefully review any final statements or move-out charges. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and unfair billing practices made this a very frustrating experience.
