Love the property and amazing staff!!!

I’ve had an excellent experience living at The Clarkson. The community is always clean, quiet, and well maintained, and you can tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything looking its best. The amenities are modern, well cared for, and make it easy to relax or stay active without leaving the property. The office and maintenance teams have always been friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I’ve needed help. I also love the location it’s close to shopping, restaurants, and… everything I need while still feeling peaceful and safe. Overall, The Clarkson has exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-managed place to call home. Anddddd it’s pet friendly!

Love it!

I absolutely love living at The Clarkson! The community is welcoming, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. The amenities are one of my favorite features—they are modern, clean, and provide everything I need to enjoy my time at home. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, which makes the experience even better. If you're looking for a beautiful community with excellent amenities and a great living environment, I highly recommend The Clarkson!

Not worth the cost!!

Repairs reported on walkthrough almost 9 months ago haven’t been resolved. Parking lot and sidewalks filthy and sticky. Security gates are always open allowing vandals on property. Friendly staff doesn’t make up for incompetent management company. Dog poop everywhere. Don’t dare walk on grassy areas or small rocks. It’s everywhere. Paying more for less. At a distance it looks great, but close up it’s quite unsightly.

Nice Staff

I have been living in this building for a while now and the team staff is really friendly and helpful. I have to mention the maintenance guys Rigo and Sanchez who are really efficient and professional. They are fast with the maintenance requests and knowledgeable about every aspect, they answer to your inquiries and solve any problem you can have in relation to your apartment.
