How Is This Rating Determined?

Poor Customer Service but Nice Apartment

I lived here for nearly 4 years, and really would not recommend someone to live here.

Poor customer service in the office, the amenities (i.e. the pool) would randomly be closed...for MONTHS at that. This past spring, the pool was closed from end of March - Mid May. We of course did not get a credit on our rent or anything.

The gate at the front of the building was broken for months as well, but when asked about it, was told "the gate isn't there for security purposes".

Random odd happenings...
would occur...security and police were always seemingly milling about...not a good sign.

They nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. I mean everything.

I gave it three stars because like I said the apartment itself was nice, but between the poor customer service the office, the randomly closed amenities and the nickle and diming, I'm sure there are better options.

Misleading and manipulative

I have edited my review not because we didn’t get the apartment but as a result of the staffs’ horrible communication with us. Blake told us initially that worse case scenario with the application process would be that we’d have to pay a higher deposit which we were fine paying. He even told us several days ago that we needed to go ahead get the electric turned on and contact Jetty for our deposit assistance for our move in and get renters insurance. We received emails congratulating us on our... new home. We were thrilled to find our dream apartment. Today we received a call from the leasing office and we’re told that we need a co-signer or we can’t have the apartment or we can work on improving our credit but that they weren’t able to approve us. They have led us to believe that we got the apartment up until today. They said we can expect our 250.00 fee returned to us within 30 days. Since application fees are another form of income for management companies, I can’t help but to wonder if this is why they encourage people to apply knowing that they won’t be approved. We never would’ve applied here had we known upfront that this could happen. I shared with Blake in the first meeting that we are starting over and that our credit was as low as it is so this is extremely disappointing.

My actual nightmare living here

Very loud place to live, dog poop everywhere. trash everywhere as people don't know how to throw their own trash out. They'll charge for damages caused prior to move in. Horrible office staff that don't know anything. The maintenance company is also a third party I believe that'll bill you for anything after move out. Oh and the bugs everywhere inside the apartment

Disappointed

We went in today, 3/3/2018. We waited on top of it 23 minutes for someone to even be in the office. Then a woman came in, someone was already there waiting, it wasn’t an issue like first come first help. Then they left and this woman saw us when she came in initially and still helped these other individuals who came after us. All I wanted to do was look at a townhome. Extremely disappointed that we were ignored.

Poor Service

Terribly unprofessional, rude, and lie. There are much nicer places to spend your hard earned money. The property is poorly constructed with paper thin walls. That combined with a distasteful property manager makes this place a disaster. Not a place to call home.
