Goin on our 3rd year. From the contemporary chic style and common areas to the finishes in our own unit, everything about the building feels thoughtfully designed and genuinely luxurious.

The amenities have exceeded our expectations, giving us resort-style living right at home, and the location can't be beat — being in the heart of Downtown Summerlin means world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment are just outside our door, while still coming home to a quiet, well-kept community.

What... truly makes Tanager Echo special is the people. The on-site staff are warm, professional, and always go out of their way to help — it's the kind of service that makes a house feel like home.

Tanger Echo is a great apartment complex in a fabulous location! Everyone in the leasing office is friendly and always willing to listen to concerns and maintenance requests are handled promptly. I appreciate that when I have a maintenance issue I don’t see an ever changing group of people. The high rent would be the only drawback to living at Tanger Echo.
