Avondale is a great place to call home. Quiet property, knowledgeable staff that genuinely cares. I have had nothing short of a perfect experience while living here for the past couple years.
No property is ever going to be perfect but what I like most here is the pursuit of perfection.
Office and Facilities teams are great and unlike most properties here they communicate effectively minimizing issues before they begin!
