The office team were friendly and did not hesitate to show me around. Year round indoor pool that is actually open is a plus. Anisa showed me two options and the gas operable layout was my favorite. I would recommend asking for her as she was kind and knowledgeable of the property.

The Santa Margarita apartment homes are beautiful and spacious. Two walk in closets and a Roman tub. I was skeptical at first but I can say the del rey exceeded my expectations. Anisa is my go to gal when I need assistance when it comes to my home.

I wish that I had something good to say ,but I don't. These properties once we're beautiful. I would like to say that the maintenance technicians are polite and pleasant towards tenants.
