Amazing Community, Friendly Staff, Quick Assistance Every Time

Tom and Trent were amazing. They were quick, friendly, and made us feel well taken care of. Love seeing them around! They make this complex really feel like a community. :) whenever we need anything they’re quick to assist and friendly about it. Very easy to get in touch with someone whenever we have questions or need some assistance.

The Layne @ Peccole Ranch is a beautiful, well maintained and in a great location with access to the trails. The team over at The Layne is Awesome!! from the ladies in the office, Dina, Mikayla and the manager Dee to the guys in maintenance, Tony and Trent.

I have been very impressed with my time at The Layne. I like my apartment especially the deck, and how close I am to the gate to the Paseo. Its great to be able to walk along the trails, surrounded by grass and trees to several different stores, including Smiths and Sprouts. The staff is friendly and professional and the workout/pool facilities are a great benefit.
