Fan problem fixed. I was impressed! One of my ceiling fans was out of balance and went “thump, thump” on high speed which disturbed the sleep of my upstairs neighbor. Maintenance tried hard to rebalance it to no avail. A few days later I had a new ceiling fan. No thumps, happy upstairs neighbor, happy me!

Since I have been here at Valley View Apartments I have been very satisfied with staff management and the way maintenance personnel handle request and maintenance. My impression is a very worry free and safe place to live.
