Water dripping from vent in the ceiling Two maintenance techs did a thorough job of fixing the problem. They had a shop vac and worked diligently to correct the water issue. Done and dusted!

Fantastic Service AGAIN!!!! During the past heat wave I noticed my Air Conditioning failed. After arriving at work the following morning I got on my phone, went to the Valley View Apartments website, logged into my Resident account and submitted the work order.

By the time I got home some five hours later my apartment was cool and the air conditioning was performing as designed.

Great service! Very timely! And a very User friendly website to submit a request.
