Amazing help and great apartments Hosea was our leasing agent and did an amazing job! From staying connected with us, to helping us get all our things in order for moving in- she was amazing! The renovated apartments themselves are also beautiful and affordable as well!!

Will rob you blind

Been here for 5 years. They have begun to tack on tons of fees like a $30 fee for the common area even though it is literally closed for the past 4 months. Now they are charging an additional $10 for electricity to the common area. But the best part is that for a contract renewal they are increasing the rent by $400 for a 12 month contract or $800 month-to-month. For a resident who has been here for 5 years. Yes, once you move in they will jack your rent as high as possible, hoping you can't... afford the expense of moving. It is actually $600 more than they advertise to new renters. Take note of this Cushman & Wakefield to make sure you NEVER rent from any of their properties.
