All staff members are very nice. The complex and office is kept clean. Plenty of amenities. Lots of different floor plans that are unique and convenient. However, maintenance requests can take multiple days to get addressed

Office Manager was confussed on parking space availability assigned me 2 different spaces to park and both time I had to go back to office and tell the Manager they were all ready assigned to other Tenants. Apartment was not cleaned good. Left gum on carpet and Kitchen floor Kitchen sink was leaking Management is poor. Maintenence is very poor on thete response time it took them over a week to fix my Kitchen sink after reporting 2 times to office. Reported to office that power went out in the... Front room and Bathroom promised me Maintenence would come before they leave for the day nevere came had no light or power in living until next afternoon was unable to watch television had to shower in dark
