The location is decent, but there is a noticeable amount of police activity inside the community. I like the apartment itself and the location, but safety has been a major concern. My car was broken into, there was a shooting in one of the units, and police have recovered stolen vehicles in the parking lot. The pool is also consistently not well maintained, during my last visit, the vacuum was in the water but wasn’t even running. Because of these incidents, I’m unsure about renewing my lease.

Leasing staff is poorly trained

I’m in a corporate lease and it’s been a nightmare of lack of communication between the property and corporate lease. The Volare office doesn’t seem to know how to handle anything and lie to me . When I moved in the former tenant stole my packages cause they hadn’t given me access to the Amazon locker . They denied any knowledge but it was tracked down and returned to me . The office gave a vendor a key to my unit and they entered while I was in the shower . Again they denied any involvement. My... prospective new apartment called and left 2 messages for rental verification and they said they never got a call and refused to hep me further . It’s been constant brick walls and refusal to assist me in any way
