Not a good place to live
We had to leave a month before our lease was up, for health reasons. The community is inundated with pot smoke. It come thru the vents and windows. Management does nothing about it. We also had a strong smell of acetone . Apparently it us used in cooking meth. On weekends it is very noisy with cars speeding and music blasting in the parking lot. There appeared to be dope deals going down at night in the parking lot. We did not feel safe there. We left our unit cleaner than when we moved in.... Management still sent us charges that make no sense. If you like a quiet life style Do Not Move to Mesquite Bluffs!

I lived there 7 years and they worked with me
Sherri is a sweetheart in the office. They care, I'd love to go back actually...only I finally moved was my apartment hadn't been remodeled since I'd been there so long..but nothing at all bad to say..

TERRIBLE APPARTMENT COMPLEX
If you like to live somewhere where there is cold harted,money hungry owner, that doesnt care about your well being and has cockroach infested apartment than this is you place.

Lots of renovations being done but what good does that do when your apartment is over run with cockroaches?!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
WE JUST RECENTLY MOVE TO MESQUITE AND MESQUITE BLUFFS WAS THE FIRST COMPLEX WE LOOKED AT. THE LADIES IN THE OFFICE WERE SO FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP OUR SITUATION. WE SAW THE ACTUAL APARTMENT WE WERE GOING TO MOVE IN TO, LOVED IT AND FILLED OUT THE APPLICATION ON THE SPOT!!! WE HAVE BEEN HERE FOR A COUPLE MONTHS AND WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!
