Great experience at Ascend and it’s been a very quiet and peaceful community. Very happy I chose this property and key areas such as management, leasing and maintenance are solid.

Overall, it was a great experience—from viewing and touring the apartment to applying. All the staff in the office are wonderful. Miricle and Vesna were the main ones we were in contact with, and they were amazing. It was a breath of fresh air to see how welcoming and friendly the staff are. It’s no secret that office staff at apartment complexes can be rude at times, so their kindness was a big part of our decision to apply. Of course, the location and views were a selling point as well.

Location is close to the freeway, love the design/color scheme and size of the 1 bedroom unit. Does not feel cramped and great use of available space. Roomy closet/ storage space, bathroom, kitchen, living area and especially the patio.
