Extremely unsatisfying
I have been here now for about two months. There has been many errors. Just recently, I went to the leasing office to get a problem resolved of a charge that was incorrect on their part and five days later the charge is still not fixed, and I had to pay for it unwillingly even though it was the fault of the leasing office as of now they are not refunding my money for a charge that was their fault. We also pay a maintenance fee yet the floors are sticky, stinky, and smell like pee on my walk to... my apartment. We also get patio violation notifications weekly sent out yet nothing changed. Whenever I called the leasing office, no one picks up. Trash is everywhere as well yet we pay a fee. These are only a few problems... there are more.
