Service is Awful
I have been overcharged multiple times. These have been resolved but with significant headache each occurrence. They offer the legal bare minimum for notice to entry (which they will do 2-4 times per year). When asked to accommodate in a reasonable manner like scheduling these at least 30 days in advance, or providing a 2-4 hour window for the inspection as opposed to the 8 to 72 hour window that they provide, they say it would be too much work for them.
Amenities advertised to be open year... round are often closed (multiple weeks out of the year). The gates seldom ever work and when they do, they are more trouble then they are worth.
When I disputed a rule which they chose to enforce, none of my points were addressed and no evidence was provided to support their claims. It was escalated beyond their office and resident services continued this trend until they decided that the matter was "closed". No resolution was made and the door was shut in my face. I find their office to by unreliable, unprofessional, and unaccommodating. Avoid this place at all costs.

Financial and Entry Notices: Your ledger has no other charges than what you signed for. Regarding notice of entry, we strictly adhere to all legal requirements. While we always try to be accommodating, we cannot commit to scheduling mandatory inspections with 30 days' notice or a guaranteed 2-4 hour window, as this is simply beyond our operational capacity.
Amenities and Maintenance: The claim that our amenities are "often closed (multiple weeks out of the year)" and that our gates "seldom ever work" are not accurate. Our amenities are functional, and any closures are typically brief, scheduled for necessary maintenance, which we strive to handle as quickly as possible.
Disputed Rules: Your dispute over a rule was handled through our standard, formal process. The matter was ultimately closed because, after review, the rule enforcement was found to be valid and in line with our community guidelines.
