Honestly, pretty much every apartment building in this area has some management issues. What I like about Auden is that it’s a newer building, so you don’t really have to worry about things like mold or water leaks. The price is also very reasonable compared to other places nearby.

Before renting here, I also saw a lot of negative reviews, but most of them were written by former tenants and were related to the previous management. After looking into it more carefully, I realized that the new… management company doesn’t seem to have those same issues at all.

You may see the price and think.. "Oh heck yeah what a deal!" DON'T APPLY. I never write reviews for anything, but I cannot stress it enough that you will NOT have a good experience here. Maintenance likes to barge in unannounced for random checks, communication with the team is awful so it makes any complications 100x harder to deal with, heat turning off in the middle of winter, no running water for hours/days at a time.. and the list goes on! So yeah, don't waste your money here.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I really can't let more people waste their money here. Rent is not transparent, it is absolutely filthy, management is incredibly rude, and it is horribly overpriced for what you are getting.
