I see one review saying that because this building is newer, residents don’t have to deal with water leaks and other things like that. I respectfully disagree. In my old unit here, I the paint bubbled of the wall bc of a ceiling leak. In my current unit, my AC has been broken for 4 weeks. New management has done literally nothing to fix it despite be calling and emailing incessantly. Terrible, terrible place to live.
Also, they’re lying about the pool being open. They opened it for literally... one day so they could advertise it and then immediately shut it back down bc it was “unsafe.”
Avoid living here at ALL costs.

Big Improvement Under the New Management ?????
Honestly, pretty much every apartment building in this area has some management issues. What I like about Auden is that it’s a newer building, so you don’t really have to worry about things like mold or water leaks. The price is also very reasonable compared to other places nearby.
Before renting here, I also saw a lot of negative reviews, but most of them were written by former tenants and were related to the previous management. After looking into it more carefully, I realized that the new... management company doesn’t seem to have those same issues at all.
If you’re looking for a comfortable place that offers good value for the money, I’d definitely recommend Auden. The new management company that took over in May has been great, and things have improved a lot since then.

Don't live here!
You may see the price and think.. "Oh heck yeah what a deal!" DON'T APPLY. I never write reviews for anything, but I cannot stress it enough that you will NOT have a good experience here. Maintenance likes to barge in unannounced for random checks, communication with the team is awful so it makes any complications 100x harder to deal with, heat turning off in the middle of winter, no running water for hours/days at a time.. and the list goes on! So yeah, don't waste your money here.

Literally so so bad
I hate leaving bad reviews, but I really can't let more people waste their money here. Rent is not transparent, it is absolutely filthy, management is incredibly rude, and it is horribly overpriced for what you are getting. On top of all of that, the "emergency line" never works, I was left dealing with many issues that were apartment inflicted with no help because they could not be bothered. When I tried to talk to management I was met with dismissal and an incredibly disrespectful experience. ... Do not live here!!!!
