Title says it all…everything is beautiful but if you have a problem, the property manager is either unwilling or unable to assist. I had an appliance not working for just over a year before she agreed to replace it. Most recently, I went to the leasing office to offer a solution to all the problems and she walked away from me while I was talking. When you’re paying a premium, you expect better service. If you’re looking to stay in an apartment that makes you miserable, this is the place for you. They claim that it is a non smoking property, but allow residents to smoke marijuana inside the apartments, and the smell will come through the vents into your apartment and make it smell horrible. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything from your surrounding neighbors, including their music, or the garages that are directly underneath you that have motorcycles/or cars with extremely loud... mufflers on them. When you mention it to the “office staff” they just tell you to contact the police. We had to call the police several times for disturbances on the property at all hours of the day. It’s a pet friendly community, but no one picks up after their pets outside, and the pet stations are constantly over flowing. On numerous occasions, I was concerned with the water bill being extremely high, and the office staff assured me that we were only paying for what we used. Towards the end of the lease I was informed by the water company directly that it is not metered, instead we are metered as a building and divided by the number of apartments, so even if you haven’t been home for a month, your still responsible for paying a high water bill so other residents can shower, use the toilets etc. It was another lie told by the “office staff”. The real kicker was while moving out, we weren’t in our apartment for a week or so, as we had purchased a home. I went back to the apartment to clean and found things changed inside my apartment. I asked the “office staff” about it and they denied going into my apartment without my permission, and was once again told to contact the police. The Baldwinsville police department informed me while I filed a police report that this was a common complaint they received from the complex.
