The quality at the apartments has decreased significantly while rental prices continue to rise. Maintenance problems routinely are unresolved for months. Little to no notice is given for construction which is present for months. As far as amenties- the pool has not opened in 2 years.

Stay away, or you will regret it!!!
High rent and low quality living quarters. Windows are so old, they are fogged over. Moldy bathroom and disintegrating cupboards, etc.. Rent goes up over 100.00 per year! They find ways to attach more money to current billing. Water usage and billing is a guess, as to what you are actually using!

don't do it
dripping noises that can't be found but echo throughout, the stale smell of urine and the feel of crunchy stained carpeting is what you'll experience upon entering this fine establishment
not to worry its your problem till your lease is up as this is apparently what is considered resort stile living with the finest amenities in New York
