no heat

this place looks very nice when you walk into the lobby with its table and chairs and new rug. the foyer is well-lit and warm but enter the apartments and feel the chill. they put in thermostats with governors which won't allow the heat to come up high. meanwhile, the common areas are well heated and the office people and super will show you a thermostat that says 76 degrees. no wonder the older people are all outside their apartments. windows are flimsy too and don't expect help from super who... is MIA.
