It’s the cheapest around, yes, but that’s not always the best. Or even ok in this case. Lived here for a number of years and should have moved time and time again. The staff here are disgustingly and incredibly overworked. The motivation to rent out units ASAP puts an unbearable pressure on the loyal and beyond hard working employees. Should they hire more workers to lighten the load of the exhausted ones? Of course but that would cost money. So they would rather work their staff until they’re... sick and can’t work! There’s NEVER been enough people to do even a fraction of the work that’s been needed. The money you’ll spend somewhere else will be better than the money you spend here fixing things yourself because the poor and amazing staff here are spread so grossly thin. I should have left years and years ago and now I am. I will so miss everyone so so much as you’ve become family, but I can’t waste anymore money that isn’t going to you all... instead it goes to higher up people.. or whatever. Read More
