Subpar building with decent sized rooms but outdated bathrooms
This is an old building and previously in 2012, it had a rat problem on the first floor. Overall the building has decent sized rooms, especially the bedroom with some floors having a bay window feature. However, most of the bathrooms are outdated and the kitchens are long and narrow. The plus is the neighborhood with oval park just a few blocks away and Montefiore Hospital as well. The trains 2, 4, 5, and D are also blocks away as well as one of the NY Public Library branches. Across the street... is a large CVS and next to the building is a cigar rolling store where you can buy hand rolled cigars.
