Bedford Park Apartments

I've lived there for almost 3years and the experience was terrible. Poorly Management office's response and the apartment had always issues. Here are the main reasons, 1: No secured security system at the apartment 2: Poorly management office's response 3: Very loud neighbors.
The Front door was broken most of the time (no security, anybody can walk in!). The apartment was poorly build and there were constantly flood and fire issues. The super is not living in there and You have to complain... to the Management office at least 5 times until they make an action.

This building is a newly built complex however has terrible flooding. Due to a faulty sprinkler system throughout the building. Fire department is constantly at this residence for false alarms that go off, if you are burning toast. Electrical stoves are not the best, especially for the culinary challenged. Sensitive fire sprinkler system went off on the 4th/5th floors, flooded several apartments, the common lobby areas and the elevator all the way down to the ground floor. Poorly managed and... constant issues with safety (tenants prop front and court yard doors open all day and night). Already experienced 2 floods and it just made its 1 year anniversary. Not going to last long if the sprinkler system and other structural issues are not fixed now. Not sure how this building passed inspection, so many building code violations. Could be a great place to call home, if managed better and residents cared about the place they call home. Read More

Currently in a one bedroom apartment, everything is brand new, the appliances are new, plenty of outlets, very clean building. However could be a bit more spacious it's a bit cramped.
