Nice building
Lived here for the past 5years, we have a new super who gets the job done. It’s a nice well kept building, one’s in a while elevator breaks down, but it gets fixed in a short time( usually same day). In summer 2017 they put in new windows keeping the rooms warm in winter, problem is we were informed of the window charge which is $10 a month. You end up paying $1,340 for the window & laundry machines don’t work well, but i see they are bringing in new ones this winter. Overall best building in... the neighborhood & there are many car parks around, Deli right below the building & bus 40,42 is a 1 min walk way, 2&5 train in 9mins away 6 train is 12mins away. I love ?? this place tho.
