Its so hard to get in contact with people who are responsible to show these apartments , i have been trying to contact, the office for weeks, no response, or the real estate agent, who takes 3,4 days to respond to a message. And and tell you the last day , that the apartment is rented, one day before showing it . Very unprofessional.!

It is excellent to rent at The Park and grow in this part of the Bronx. Also, there are plenty of grocery stores, deli, and much more around the block. Easy access to the MTA transportation and across a nice park area. The commodity that you find in this building makes all effort worth when you consider all the benefits that come when living at The Park. Great choice!

Love the building and the area! Living at the park is a great deal for those who have a family and enjoy walks in the park with their dog. On weekends I take my son to play at the park across the building, and I love this area. Also, I want to thank Mariana, who helped me get a great deal on my two-bedroom apartment. Great Job!

Best deal in town, don't miss the opportunity to living in this excellent building located close to the Riverdale park. When I first moved here, I was a bit unsure If this building would offer the experience that I want, and I can say I was surprise how responsive the management company is with this building.
They make sure to follow-up my requests and schedule services that works with my schedule. Well Done!
