Great apartment, a few issues

my Packages keep ending up in front of other's doors, which is slightly annoying. What really gets me is the people. After i grab my packages, they accuse me of stealing THEIR packages. Odd behavior. if you can get by that, its a great apartment! I life on the 2nd floor hall. its not very wide, but very long. Great spot to squeeze a mattress in between walls. No access to shower or bathroom tho.

Packages get STOLEN all the time, A BUM sleeps in the building

DO NOT move into this building !! Packages stolen on the regular and it is so hard to get in touch with management about any little thing. There’s also a homeless woman that sleeps in the building lobby. Management does nothing because she still comes back even after cops get called . You would think this is a project building by the things I’ve seen here Smh. I couldn’t even get the code to the rooftop or access to the laundry card when I first moved in here because I didn’t get a response… from anyone. Their phone number goes straight to voice mail. Never responds to tenants when they have issues . The other review has to be fake 100%!

Excellent

I moved here in 2021 and Wow this landlord is amazing. The process to move in was easy and fast. Building is very well maintained and clean. Any repairs you need are addressed immediately and the Staff are very courteous. Hallways are very clean and lobby smells so good!! Apartment finishes are top notch. The location of this building is amazing. Train, bus, park and Deli grocery all nearby and very quiet building as well.
