    Unresponsive management, no real amenities.

    This is a terrible building in a great neighborhood. Management very clearly does not care about their tenants, and when they give you the time of day they are rude, condescending, and inefficient. There is no doorman, no super, the rooftop hasn’t never been open, so not sure why there are any amenity fees aside from access to a tiny gym.
