The management group is absolutely horrendous, a nightmare to deal with. Make it not worth even looking at this place, trust me. On the outside it is nice, and very deceiving. The modern touches, the AC units, the bathroom, even the location isn't bad. But that allll goes downhill once you move in. The management wants nothing but to take your money, they will go months on "vacation" and are not responsive or helpful. I wasn't even able to live in my apartment the first week I moved to the city.... Once I moved in, there was no hot water. After that, no trash cans so trash piled up in the hallways. The building itself is terribly loud at night, and very bright. The walls are paper thin and I can hear my neighbors getting intimate in the hallways.
