You can't live in a better building in Brookyn!

If you like living in a nostalgic style era, this building is the one for you. It's decor is absolutely amazing. Wood borders attached to the walls making it feel as if you are still in the 1940's. In the main lobby the floors are made of stunning black and white marble that reach up to every apartment. The crown moldings are unique and ornate, capturing that nostalgic style feeling. In my apartment I have views of the sky that are above the city lights, allowing me to look through my telescope... and see those deep craters on the Moon.
I have been living here for 14 years and as each year goes by the surrounding neighborhood gets more diversified in ethnicity, food and architecture. There are many parks to go for a stroll, take a run or ride your bike. If your in the mood to site see the big apple, jump on the N train and you will get there in 35 minutes. In the mood for a swim or bath in the sun? well Coney Island is only 10 minuets away.
The people that live in my building are wonderful, courteous and family oriented. It is also one of the safest areas in Brooklyn. If you want food late at night or early in the morning, there are many places to eat that offer a wide variety of food stretching from kazakhstan to Naples. Why would I live any where else?
