I personally find the location ideal for someone who takes the train, likes quick food shopping and wants to go to a park for workout (there are some gyms around as well). And whenever I am in Bushwik (day or night) I never have safety concerns - unlike in most areas of Manhattan.
The lower floor has the kitchen and livingroom, w/d, some storage space as well as a half bath. The upper floor has the bedrooms and a full bath. The full bath has two entrances - one from the largest bedroom, and the other one from the corridor.
