The lack of security cameras, the pet owners who allow their pets to defecate on the building floors as well as the lack of exterior maintenance and upkeep keep me from giving 5 stars for the living experience here.

maintenance and trying to get in touch with people is difficult i have had to track down management on multiple occasions just to follow through with what they say they are going to do/ fix

Ethan was a huge help and great ambassador for your property. I haven’t even unpacked yet, but am looking forward to all that lies ahead. I would have given the extra star, but I’m dumbfounded as to why a newly renovated apartment does not have a garbage disposal. That said, so far so good.

Feels like a great place to live so far. The move in process went smoothly and Ethan was a great help in getting everything taken care of and answering all questions. The building itself is neat and right on the river with great views. The new updates to the apartment look great. Overall happy with my experience so far
