Alicia Goldman is a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker with over 16 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and specializes in luxury residential new development/lifestyle, commercial and waterfront communities in the Hudson Valley and tri-state area. She possesses a great depth of knowledge and wealth of experience working with a plethora of clients from first-time homebuyers to empty-nest sellers. With her affiliation to Christie's International Real Estate, she is able to leverage the strength of Christie's unparalleled marketing resources and superior customer service programs to assist and support her clients throughout the entire real estate process whether buying or selling. Alicia has spent most of her real estate career working for national and large homebuilders. She began with Lennar in the Hudson Valley and worked for WCI Communities, GDC and most recently National Resources, who is the developer of Hudson Harbor in Tarrytown, NY. Alicia also started her own boutique brokerage in 2012, which focused specifically on luxury condominiums and townhomes in Westchester County. Before real estate, Alicia earned her degree in business marketing from University of South Florida and worked in the hospitality industry. She currently resides in the Hudson Valley with her 3 year old son, Reed, and her partner of 18 years.
