This apartment is part of the main house but has a separate entrance. There are no parties or large gatherings allowed. No Smoking of any kind. Rent is $2,800/semester per student (which equals $700/month per student). There is a deposit of $500 required at signing of lease. Lease is only for the full school year. Rent includes all utilities including WiFi, gas, electric, heat, garbage removal. NO PETS. The apartment is fully furnished. No Cable TV is provided.
