Great value

Overall I enjoyed living in this apartment. There are certainly things that aren't perfect but at an extremely affordable price, this apartment is a great value.
Pros:
Laundry on site
Gas Stove
Clean
Fast Maintenence
Close to parks, grocery stores, school
Mostly older neighbors
Decent parking
