Over-Rated!!!!
I'm not sure about previous review but seems they have fixed the gate~ 10pm-5am the gate is closed and you need your key card or someone to buzz you in. It's about the only thing I like about this place.
The leasing agent woman, Pam is nice. But once you get in, the other woman in the office is a snot. Shes very short and unfriendly. You have to go through her first for a maintenance call. Maintenance takes up to 7 days or longer if it's not an "urgent" call/complaint.
There are bugs... everywhere.. I'm talking huge Centipedes crawling out from behind the tv.. centipedes in my sons room.. (hes 4 months mind you, and I'm totally freaked out) spiders, spiders, and more spiders . Especially master bathroom. Wasps crawling on my bathroom window. (INSIDE) I'm currently sitting on my couch in my bathrobe waiting for my husband to come home and kill the wasp so I can shower.
Our garage door had to be fixed multiple times before they would just replace it.
The lightbulb in the garage was hanging out of the ceiling with wires exposed. SERIOUSLY. and maintenance told me "oh an electrician checks everything before a new lease moves in so it must be fine." DIDNT LOOK FINE. Finally got someone to fix that.
Our lease is up in 2020 and we are counting down the months
Look somewhere else !!! Too expensive for a place that is NOT luxury!!!!

Gatehouse ?
Great apartments but the gated community is not accurate. Yes there is a gate but it stays opens 24 / 7 and there is no security . My major complaint is the drag racing which goes on all hours which I think would be curtailed with a gated community that actually closed the gate. I rented here for that amenity since I wanted a " gated community" not a gate that always remains opened.
