Not up to par for the money

Extremely cheap utilities in the buildings lead to constant plumbing issues as well as terrible water pressure and water temperature control all year round. No high-hat lighting in the apartments leaves them feeling dark with not much you can do to brighten them up to the extent you would like.

Waterview Resort

Living at Parkside is like living on a resort! The grounds are kept in spectacular condition and the three pools are a summer favorite. Walking along the Hudson River or sitting to watch the boats drift by adds to the relaxing community feel. The ferry next to the community makes it easy for city commuters or visitors. Parkside has many features suitable to all of your needs and the staff are always available and ready to help. Our water view apartment gives the apartment another touch of luxury… that is hard to find elsewhere.

Affordable Luxury Rental

If you are in the rental market and looking to escape the stress and congestion in New York City, then come to Hudson Valley. I live in a lovely loft with a mountain. This condo style rental is a gem. 2nd floor terrace and study, 2 stunning swimming pools, full laundry room, hardwood floors, quiet and peaceful valley view.
