The home is located in a peaceful gated community in Monroe, offering quiet surroundings and easy access to parks, nature trails, and local conveniences. Quiet Hours are in place from 9pm to 9am, and parties or events are strictly prohibited. Guests are not to approach the animals or enter their enclosures without the host's explicit permission and supervision, or doing so will result in penalty. There are also maintenance vehicles and sheds on property which are off-limits. Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is a $300 penalty. No smoking in the house; there is a $500 penalty for violation. Lost keys is a charge of $250.
