Who defines luxury?
They overcharge you under the guise of "luxury". Carpets are low quality, cabinets and appliances are the cheapest you can buy @ Home Depot (look them up online and youll find out). Literally, cabinets come off hinges just from use. Carpet doesn't take traffic well. There is no ventilation in the place except two sets of windows. Maintenance isn't that great, and they aren't friendly. The neighbors are generally good people though! & Landscapers are friendly and do a nice job! Nice sized bedroom... too, but poor choices in the flooring for the dining area. Closet space is good too.
