214 W 102nd St Apartments

Im a resident of the building. I live on the 4th floor and I’ve been here for over a year now. The building wasn’t in the best condition but recently there was a switch in management and they redid the whole building. I like it a lot, no complaints here yet.

The buildings great and I’ve loved my time here. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rather a 5 star was because recently the building went through many renovations and although it came out nice, it was very noisy for a while

This is the second property that I have rented. My property managers previously were always very aggressive and rude. The workers at TAL have been absolutely fabulous to me and my husband through the whole process of renting our apartment. We struggled a lot at first with the new area and they helped us a ton even though they didn't ever have to. I feel the need to write this as a form of thanks for all that they've done for us.
