The Cameo

I have lived in the Cameo for about a year, and I do not recommend this building. The day we arrived with the moving truck, the unit was filthy and equipment was still in the living room. The management offered no apology. We have had issues with mice and roaches. The front desk staff is not professional. There are clearly many people using the units for short term, Air BnB type rentals. The hallways carpets are filthy, and management promised to replace them but never did. I am upset that such a large organization has behaved as such, first of all my young children and husband needed convenient location and I was willing to pay top dollars for such in a newly renovated apartment, however I would have never paid top dollar if I was told complete renovations to the buildings apartments surrounding us was going on. Further more, a major leak occurred at 1am with the fire department coming BUT NO one from the building. The construction workmanship is not up to… standards even the tile in bathroom is coming off and this is extremely new renovations.
it advertises doorman and 24/7 concierge, but only one person at front is actually friendly (and he's not there everyday) all others never have been able to help, stating you need to call who you booked with --what why don't you work here.
I would never recommend this company-right now they are asking us to move so they can fix the apartment but not giving us any discount??? help- stay away won't want anyone else to feel this way Read More
