While the maintenance and front desk staff are helpful, friendly and accommodating, it seems the management team that oversees them could use improvement. It is weird for a luxury building to not offer package holding due to an instance of someone else picking up a package, it seems management could offer a better system for the front desk team to implement to reduce any issues. Furthermore, it seems that staffing of the front desk could use improvement, there's often a line during peak times... such as after general work hours. It is surprising that an award winning management company would not have a better understanding of how to optimize staffing.
