While the maintenance and front desk staff are helpful, friendly and accommodating, it seems the management team that oversees them could use improvement. It is weird for a luxury building to not offer package holding due to an instance of someone else picking up a package, it seems management could offer a better system for the front desk team to implement to reduce any issues. Furthermore, it seems that staffing of the front desk could use improvement, there's often a line during peak times... such as after general work hours. It is surprising that an award winning management company would not have a better understanding of how to optimize staffing.

Two Waterline Square is a lovely place to live. The building is well maintained and managed. The area really comes alive during the spring and summer seasons. The amenities are extraordinary.

Exceptional experience and living complex
One of the most impressive luxury building(s) in Manhattan with gorgeous units/finishes and amenities. Beyond that, I have been shown service that has gone above and beyond. The leasing agent and general manager created a small miracle in finding a dream ideal unit at a fantastic price point for exactly my move in window. This is the first time that I have lived in NY that I have not had to sacrifice a major desire/need (the classic price, space, location... add luxury) when looking for a place... to live. I am elated.
