Rent elsewhere

Ants, roaches, police constantly being called for whatever outburst a tenant may be having. A man on the other side of the building was kicking his windows out last spring, ripped his door off the hinges. Slowly turning into something of college housing, people in and out of the parking lots that do not live here, you know, taking care of business. Drug paraphernalia regularly found around the buildings/ laundry sites. Probably don't go around the underground laundry sites at night if your'e a… young woman as you may or may not encounter a crack head doing their crack head thing. Whether or not they live here, nobody knows but don't take the chance. Had a homeless man sunbathing behind my boyfriends truck last week as i left for work in the middle of the day. I wish the management office was as quick to do something about that as they are to to seemingly punish their tenants for voicing their grievances.

Take your hard earned luxury apartment money and go rent an actual luxury apartment. I cant say it any plainer than that

Luxury Apartments?

Ants, Roaches, MOLD, burst pipes in the winter from an antiquated heating system and YOU will be expected to cover the cost of your move mind you. This is Geraldine's world, you just pay too much to live here

Love my place

The apartment is three bedrooms and two full baths all modern amenities. Central air. Gas stove. Cable and Internet included.

Niskayuna Gardens

The three bedroom apartment we live in, is one of the best that I've seen. Lots of room beautiful kitchen with wood floor look and stainless steel appliances. The staff is very friendly and it's located in one of the best school districts in the Capitol region. Very quiet and very clean. Love this place!
