Don’t Move Here
Huge roach infestation and the property manager and Main Office do the bare minimum to fix the issues. Do not waste your money and find somewhere that actually cares about your living situation and values you as a tenant!

THE WORST PLACE TO EVER LIVE
DRUG DEALERS IN OUT OF THE BUILDINGS. HOMLESS PEOPLE JUST SLEEPING IN THE HALLWAYS. MAI NTANCE NEVER COMES TO REPAIR DAMAGES. IT TAKES THEM MONTHS TO COME TO FIX A PROBLEM. THE MANAGER ALWAYS SAYS SHES GOING TO GET IT DOME RIGHT AWAY AND NOTHING HAPPENS. WATER IN THE BUILDINGS DONT STAY HOT. PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE BARELY DOES ANYTHING FOR PEOPLE.
I HAVE TO SAY IGNORE THIS PLACE AND NEVER ATTEMP TO COME HERE. THIS IS THE WORST COMMUNITY TO STAY.BUGS ALL THROUGH THE SUMMER AND THE HEAT SOMETIMES... NEVER WORK DURING THE WINTER.
STAY AWAY FROM HERE. THIS IS NOT THE COMMUNITY YOU WOULD WANT TO BRING YOUR KIDS AROUND. TO MUCH ILLEGAL ACTIVITY GOING ON AROUND HERE AND IT HAS BEEN THE WOST EXPERIENCE AS MY FIRST APARTMENT
STAY AWAY DO NOT COME HERE AND WAIST YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING.

East winds montauk highway
Bed bug infestations. Roaches. Drug dealers. Office management does bare minimum. Laundry rips u off and no way to contact main office. 907 building is infested with bed bugs. Roaches. Scabie. Also 905building and 889 building
