Right off Main Street amazing view
This apartment building is in the heart of Riverhead. Stationed right above a resturant with always events going on in the large parking lot, including car shows, farmers market, live music, and a front row seat to great sunsets. Building is a 4 story handicap accessible, affordable rent, with water and hot water included. Age groups of 20 to 60 from what I've seen. Private access to building with pin pad and equipped with washers and dryers on the first floor. Balconies on majority with... efficient wall units for heat and A/C.
