Our family is 4th generational locally. Throughout the years, I’ve been a PTSA VP Executive, a Fundraising Chair and a Town Recreation basketball coach for 8 years. My passion to volunteer shows when I was one of the founders for the Putnam County Food Pantry and the NYP Organic Garden. Having bought and sold many of my own properties in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties for over 20 years, I was able to put my real estate experience to work for my family. I found my daughter and her husband, as well as my son, their very own dream homes. They are nearby so my husband and I get to spend precious time with all of them and our new granddaughter. This hands-on experience has given me expertise in all aspects of the real estate world – selling, marketing, staging to sell, buying, building design, inspection requirements, etc. Being able to share this knowledge translates to satisfied clients.
